Who is Shaun Killa?

Shaun Killa is one of the most celebrated architects of the contemporary era. His firm, Killa Design, is based in Dubai and has built a portfolio of projects that define skylines across the Middle East and Asia. The Museum of the Future — described by architecture critics as one of the most beautiful buildings on earth — is his most recognised work. Its iconic toroidal form, wrapped in Arabic calligraphy, has become a symbol of human ambition expressed through architecture.

The Design Philosophy

The Peridona's architectural brief was clear: create a structure where life can flourish and every day becomes a promise to live more. This informed every design decision — from the 330-metre continuous front façade to the way each apartment is oriented to capture two-sided views of the golf course and nature park simultaneously.
